Bicycle detail

Bike last seen by owner of neighbouring storage locker on Thursday Oct 29. Likely stolen on Oct 31 or Nov 1. Storage locker lock was tampered with. Neighbouring locker also was broken into. Bike is pretty much brand new. It is matte black with some red details on the inside of the bike fork and seat stays. The original quick release wheel skewers were replaced with bolts. The seat has been cut (because I'm short) so there are visible marks on the place where the seat attaches. The first bike I've owned and made me love cycling, would be thrilled to have it back into my hands. If you have any information at all please contact me.
