Description of the theft
Outside Duck's eatery. To the east, many bikes and bike delivery guys hanging around. A couple bikes locked to post. Found an heavy iron low fence around a tree. secured cable lock. It was in clear view of outdoor sitting patrons. I was inside, near front door. Daylight. Around 630 to 730. Black Cannondale with yellow letters. Unless they strip the bike for a delivery vehicle, it would be very easy to identify.
