Bicycle detail

The frame and front wheel of my bicycle was stolen from the shared underground garage of my condo building. The building has experienced multiple thefts like this in the past few months. The bicycle's rear wheel was not taken, probably because of the U-lock. The bicycle was secured by four (4) locks as follows: 1 U-­lock securing the rear wheel to the metal bicycle rack; 1 cable attached to the U-­lock securing the rear wheel to the frame; 1 keyed cable lock securing the frame to the front wheel; 1 keyed cable lock securing the front and rear wheels. Three (3) cables had been cut in order to steal the front wheel, chain, and frame.
