Description of the theft
I locked bike up to NOPD barricade on Pirate Alley side of St.Louis Cathedral and went into to Presbyte at around 1. When I walked out of museum an returned to spot around 2:45 the bike was gone. The U lock was still on barricade and had not been cut.
