Bicycle detail

We had an incident earlier today where a customer stole a bike during a test ride. We took ID and debit card. He explained to us that he only has a debit card, no credit cards, so we took his keys and set him up with line elite pedals and a test ride circuit helmet. ID and card matched and he physically looked similar to the photo. He was not suspicious and referenced the exact bike and our store manager, Ice, as the person he had been working with previously. Ice isn't here today so our sales associate helped him and answered any questions. He seemed happy and excited as a normal customer would. A long time goes by on his test ride, approx. 1.5 hours, and we decided to call the police. By the time the police got here, it had been a few hours already.
@Rodrigo Contreras was at our store during the time that it happened. He and our sales associate checked to see if the keys matched any cars in the lot and it didn't. Rodrigo said to wait another 30 minutes and then report to the police if he didn't come back with the bike.
