Description of the theft
We kept the e-scooter locked outside of
Starbucks U-District. We believe the e-
scooter was stolen sometime around
6:30-7PM. The suspect would not have
gone far since the scooter was enabled on
park mode, which locks the tires. We did
inquire passerbies, and they did say one
person was pushing the scooter towards
north and was wearing brown cargo pants
and shirt. There was also a homeless person outside of starbucks who kept staring at the e-scooter, who’s wearing blue shirt and brown pants.
