Bicycle detail

I saw two men wondering around the area where my bike was parked around 330. I didn’t see my bike, but I wasn’t looking for it at that time as I was on my way to a meeting. When I left my workday at about 5:25 PM, I went outside to see those two men and my bike was gone.

One of the men and follow me into the building whenever I want to call 911 and was not allowed into the building. I did not know what the time he was related to the theft. However, now I believe he is connected.

When I was outside on the porch of the building, I was waiting for the police to come and I looked over the area where my bike was and my lock was underneath some of this man’s belongings he was gone. I was afraid to touch the belongings. However, when he came back, I confronted him he denied knowing anything about a bike, he was riding a bike. He scolded me whenever I picked up the lock and claimed it couldn’t be fingerprinted. He offered me the bike he had. His associate came up to film the interaction on his cell phone. When I was talking to the police inside the building, his associate came inside and tried to ask questions about what would happen to the people who stole the bike and questions about policing homeless people. I was extremely tired and was confused about why this man was following me and asking me public policy related questions, questions. This man claimed he was there for a county council meeting, he also claimed he was on the fifth floor, talking to the mayor of the city of Pittsburgh. And I laid her, saw him continue to associate with the other man outside. One of them is that his name is Frank. The other man said his name was Eric.
