Description of the theft
Bike was correctly locked outside Macy's Geary St. entrance with a strong expensive ABUS U-lock, around a tall sign post. I was inside for half an hour having lunch. Store owner identified a tall WM with gold sunglasses, flat brim ball cap, royal blue backpack, old school skateboard with large green wheels, comic book socks, black tee, long dark cutoff shorts and a cutting tool.
