Description of the theft
Bike was U-locked to the stair railing directly outside my apartment's front door as of 0400 on Sunday, August 30, 2020. I awoke to find it was missing that afternoon. Discovered small pieces of broken plastic from the top of the lock in the parking area/alley directly behind my apartment building, leading south and then West towards Riverside Drive. Police report was filed that day.
