Description of the theft
I left my apartment on 5/27 for Memorial Day weekend. My bike was locked to a rack mounted in my apartment building's locked and camera monitored garage. When I returned home on 5/31 in the late evening, my bike and a few others from the garage were gone. My lock and the bike were missing, but I could see at least 3 cut cable locks around the garage.
