Description of the theft
Locked up 2 bikes (mine and a friend) on Esplanade near corner of Chartres around 12:00 am on 10/28. When we arrived back at bikes we observed mine was missing and the lock was cut and left. Called the NOPD and was asked to call back early part of week due to high volume with festival/holiday weekend.
Took lock back with me. Friend's bike was okay.
