Description of the theft
At 2:30 AM, a man scaled the 16 foot wall on the side of the building and entered the ground level garage where there are two bike racks. The security footage shows that the bolts were unbolted and the man slid off my bike and a neighbor's bike that were locked with Krytonite U-locks and chains to the rack.
