Description of the theft
Mid-20's to early 30's man was looking into each unit's porch, tyring to find anything easy to steal. He saw my bike was not locked. My roommate came home and walked down the path as usual and then came inside. The thief hid and waited for 30 seconds or so, then just walked up and took the bike. No one even seeing him while everyone was in the living room.
