Description of the theft
We (my partner Jared and I) parked at the end of Indian School Rd and stated hiking the Embudo Trail at 7:50am. The bikes were double locked to each other through the front and back tires and the hitch mount bike rack on our car. When we returned at 11:30am the bikes were gone, the locks were cut and thrown on the ground, and several of the straps on the rack had been cut. Another individual parked in the area said the bikes were not on the car at 11am when he arrived. The hitch mount bike rack the bikes were stolen off of was attached to our 2006 champagne Subaru Forester, Arizona license plate CJC9759.
