Description of the theft
The bike was locked up with another bike to a wrought iron fence that borders the park. The lock was cut, and only the schwinn women's hybrid bike was taken. The other bike and cut lock were left. The theft happened sometime between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm on sunday.
