Description of the theft
I locked my bike at 1pm on the sidewalk bike rack just outside of R&G lounge. It was broad daylight on a busy street (Kearny) on a Wed, when most people are out for lunch. I came out an hour later after lunch to find the rack empty. Lock and bike were both gone. R&G lounge has a camera facing that rack and showed me numerous video clips of bikes theft from it. The same person consistently steal from that rack, and the owners says the video has been shared with the police.
