Description of the theft
Thin average height white male on bike rode up to bike rack where it was secured. Quickly pulled bolt cutters from a backpack, cut cable, and rode off towing my bike. Entire incident took about 1 min and was caught on security camera but image is too pixilated to be of use. Headed west down rosewood towards Walmart.
