Description of the theft
Bike was locked out front Chaffee Dorm at Boise State parking lot around 7:00 on April 14th. The next day (April 15th) around 4:30, I went outside to check on it and the bike was missing but the back wheel and chain were still together. The thief detached the back wheel from the frame and chain and must have put it in the back of a car or ran off with it.
