Description of the theft
Larry Thomas, a homeless man, was staying fir free in our extra house- he stole two Mingoose bikes and traded them for crack. Filed police report. Both Fat tire bikes with beach bars and cushy seats, bells on the handlebars. Police were not very interested- so not sure where the police report is now.
