Description of the theft
A burglar entered into the private garage parking area of our building (gate broke and stayed open overnight without management notifying residents) and a neighbor saw the burglar taking off on our bike. Our neighbor suspects that the burglar used some motorized/electric tool to break the Kryptonite New York / STD U-Lock 4"x8" level grade 9 and steal our Cannondale bike and the white WeeRide Co-pilot child bike trailer hooked to it. A burley orange flag was screwed to the back wheel of the trailer.
