Description of the theft
Bike was in the back of my pickup, locked with a cable and padlock to an attachment point in the pickup bed. Truck was parked in a Target parking lot across from "the Rock" pizza place. Spent about an hour getting dinner and came back to the cable cut cleanly an left in the lot, one side still locked to my truck, and my bike gone.
