Description of the theft
Cable lock was cut. The stem was released to remove handle bars. The front brake lever was removed. The front fork and wheel were removed and left locked to the bike lock. I noticed front fox suspension fork and wheel had been taken from a neighboring Mountain bike. So they may have put the fox fork on top my transition frame.
