Description of the theft
Bike was on a bike rack on back of RV in the parking lot at the Walmart - which is well-lit, patrolled and right next to a police parking lot. Two heavy-duty chains were cut. Heavy duty cutters needed. Specialized Levo Ebike (carbon fiber) blue was stolen. Second bike and cut chains were left behind.
