Bicycle detail

My son's bike. These are his words, recounting what happened: I was skateboarding with my friends in a parking garage near the corner of NE 15th Ave and Halsey St. I had ridden my bike there and it was leaned up against the wall near where we were skating. A man came up and started talking to us. He was friendly but kind of rambling in a way that we didn't really understand. He said he was 26 and that he had gotten out of jail nine days ago. He kind of helped himself to my skateboard and was doing some tricks with it. All this time he was giving us advice and chatting away but after about a half hour of this he said, "I want your bike" to me. I thought he was joking but then he said he had a friend in the same garage circling us in a car and some of us had noticed this but didn't think much of it before he said this. Then he started riding away and I started to run after him. I yelled at him to give my back my bike and he said, "I'll f***ing shoot you". He rode away and I was still yelling at him. Then we decided to leave the area.
