Description of the theft
I left the bike at the entry doors to Cafe Voila while I was purchasing food. When I turned around to leave, it was gone (approx. 3 min). The helmet was on the bike and I found it 20 feet west of Cafe Voila on SW Washington, so I'm assuming the thief took off on SW Washington going west. I reported the incident to the Pittock building security officer and she said there was no video camera covering that doorway.
