Bicycle detail

Bike was locked on lamp post next to 100 Park Plaza apartment building , near to the main lobby African American female security was standing near by, she was fully aware that my bike was there. When I came out, the cable lock was cut and bike was nowhere to be found. My bike is the only means of transportation. Black Juiced mountain bike Bike has 29” fat tires and cargo carrier.
