Bicycle detail

Went on vacation, when we came home my children went to ride their bikes. my oldest who os special needs has to ride the tricycle because she cant balance very well. She came to me crying because her bike , which we keep chained up behind the garage was gone. upon futher investigation and watching our security cameras, a person came up to our house , spray painted the cameras, and left on the bike. The bike is missing the metal basket, and both rear wheel tire s Nel Lusso with Perfect Fit Frame Classic Cruiser Bike splatter guards. We had planned to take it to the local bike shop to get the brakes fixed but have not yet done it . so the brakes are broken on it. please bring this bike back home to my baby girl
