Bicycle detail

I went on a bike ride at approximately 6pm and returned to the apartment. At around 10pm my roommate went to the car and noticed there was only a tire locked to the bike rack. We just moved in the day of the incident, so he was unaware it was my bike that had been stolen, however when I noticed it was gone today (08/07/2021), he said that he had seen just the tire there last night. It is nearly brand new with a rack attached to the back tire and lights on both ends. I am in possession of the bike lock and front tire. There is an alley on the right side of 6518 El Nido Ln and my bike was locked to the left of 6516 El Nido Ln #2. I have a video of my bike from two days ago as well if necessary.
