Description of the theft
Cable lock was cut outside at Fred Meyers bike rack when I went inside for ~10 minutes. Somebody who saw the thief riding off (west) into the parking lot could only describe them as a bald man.
It currently has black straight bars, petal straps, a smaller seat than pictured and no fender.
