Description of the theft
Secured apartment building attached to secured garage, padlocked storage unit. Burglar managed to slip in undetected from garage, burglarized the “building maintenance” office, took a bolt cutter, cut the padlock to my storage unit and managed to spot my bike in the dark, even when it was covered by a black bike cover. Walked out of building.
