Bicycle detail

I got home after school around 5pm and parked my bike on the deck of the house where I live in the backyard. It was inside of the property and I thought it was safe there. There are security cameras in the house and the camera showed the guy that jumped the backyard wall taking the bike and messing up the garage gate opening and leaving with my bike. My bike was without the battery key that enables the bike to work with the electrical assistance; however, it still possible to pedal as a regular bike.
This bike was my source of transportation, the way I used to go to school and I was using to try to find work. It was also my source of leisure and the main thing that have helping me in my struggle with depression. I don't have means to get another one any time soon. Please help me to recover my bike.
