I locked my black Masi road bike at a CityRacks in front of Vince (luxury clothing store) at 833 Washington St., across the street from the
High Line around 5:00pm. When I returned at 6:06pm, I discovered my bike was missing. My lock was also missing. No remnants of my
bike was left behind. My bike is approximately $809.
