Bicycle detail

Arrived at home(apartment) at 7:30pm Friday April 14, with my bike on my bike rack, attached to my car, which was parked in the lot in my apartment complex. The parking lot is a cul de sac, blocked in with fences. The bike was locked with a cable lock, locked securely onto/through the bike rack, as well as secured with plastic zip tie attachments.
At 8pm Saturday the 15th, I found the cable lock sawed/frayed/cut open, the large zip ties cut as well, and the bike gone.
