I locked my bike and helmet to the bicycle parking next to BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse at around 2:20 pm and went to a birthday party for my kiddo next door.
At about 4:50 pm I came back to find the cable lock cut and the bike gone. The lock and helmet were left on the ground.
