Description of the theft
I went in to Lowe's for five minutes, dropping my bike by the door. According to camera description given to me by staff at Lowe's, an adult male in a heavy coat and baseball cap walked from a white Dodge pickup truck to my bike and rode it out of the parking lot seconds after I walked in, followed by the Dodge.
