Bicycle detail

I am living in an apartment on N Claiborne and my friend who I co-own my van with came to visit me. She was parked outside with my bike locked to the bike rack on the back of the car (her bike was also locked on - they both got stolen, I just don't have any info on the make and model of hers). We left the van out front around 10pm to go listen to some music on Frenchmen St and came back an hour/hour and a half later and noticed the bikes were no longer attached to the van and nowhere in sight. We both had locks (not U-Bars unfortunately) on the bikes that must have been cut when someone grabbed them
