Description of the theft
Bike was locked to an anchor with a heavy duty chain lock and also locked to another bike using a U-Lock and the heavy duty lock sold by Rad Bikes. The 2nd bike was stolen was well (I'm assuming to work on separating the locks attaching them offsite). The broken metal chain and bolt cutters were left behind.
