Bicycle detail

Brand new bike stolen in Irish Channel neighborhood within a 12 hour period of it being outside in backyard. The theft occurred between 9:30pm on Wednesday, May 5th and 9:30am on Thursday, May 6th. Moved the bike from the trunk of my SUV (parked in street) into the backyard of my shogun house at 9:30pm last night. This morning at 9:30am, my dogs alerted me to two teenage boys trying to enter (reenter?) my backyard from the front gate. I knocked on window and they left the area (moving down Third Street toward Tchoup) - they did not have my bike. I then went to backyard and noticed 1 of our 2 bikes was missing. My brand new bike was gone, but the older bike was still there. Potentially someone saw us move the bike to the backyard last night and potentially the teenagers came back a second time to take the 2nd bike, before I saw them. Police have been called and neighbors warned.
