Bicycle detail

The last time I saw my bike was on August 10th. I left it locked up (Kryptonite Chain with combo) in the bike locker of my apartment complex. The only people with access are listed residents with bikes locker access and apartment staff. Video surveillance is in near by area but camera is not focused on locker (seems suspicious). I found that my bike was missing on
the morning of September 6th. I immediately called the apartment lease office. I was assured the videos would be reviewed. When I called back later in the week the lease office manager accused me of leaving the bike unlocked. She literally victim shamed and stated that videos would not be viewed. She also discouraged me from contacting law enforcement.
