Description of the theft
Bike stolen from Gates Tennis Center, with good recorded video:
"I've put together a compilation of images of the man who took your bike today at around 1:35pm, 11/2/24 (attached as PDF file). Hopefully this will help with identifying him. I've also uploaded the video footage for download on Mediafire. The file that starts with "07_" shows the theft. Everything before that is chronological up until him stealing it and leaving. It seems like he might have a tattoo on the back of his neck?
You might need to use/download something like VLC Player to open the mp4 files and play them. Good luck and let me know if you need anything else."
