Description of the theft
I parked and locked my bike at school around 12 30 pm. I locked it right in front of the school north surrey secondary. It was raining heavily and no one looked or was outside during classes. When I came out of the school at lunch my bike was gone and the lock was thrown cut on the ground. Another bike, beside mine was thrown on the ground ( I suspect the thief unlocked both bikes, but took mine and not the other). IMPORTANT my bike has 1 broken gear shifter and it was covered in duck tape.
