Description of the theft
On September 20th at around 5 PM, I discovered my bicycle was stolen. It was originally locked to the railing of my apartment
building with a number bicycle lock, but the lock was sawed/cut into half. It was my first time leaving my apartment since
September 19th at around 6 PM, when the bicycle was last seen. My neighbor from across the street who frequently sit
outside on their porch said they were outside until September 20th at 1 AM and did not see any suspicious activity. They
mentioned that there was a community police officer walking down the street during the time.
