Description of the theft
The bicycle was stored in a shared bike cage in an apartment parkade. The thieves stole a realtor box outside, broke into it and got the building's keys. They then proceeded to enter the parkade and cut the lock into the bike cage with metal cutters and then they cut my chain lock on the bicycle with the cutter and took my bike.
