Description of the theft
Incident occurred around 12:15 AM - resident heard window break and saw someone grab the bike and run off. Police were called. Alarm did not sound. Calld ADT and they verified alarm was set by me at 7:36 AM and remained armed until 3 AM when Miguel Guerrero came in. Did a test with ADT and they said they are getting alarm signals and motion detector did eventually work when we tested but I was able to walk around a bit before it sounded. It took Rockville police a few hours to figure out who to contact and Miguel was the first one who picked up and then came in.
