Description of the theft
I locked the bike at around 6:45 pm with a bell u lock on the bike rack right outside of the Broadway Goodwill store entrance, on the street side. When I locked it there was a bike on the other side. I came outside around 8:45, and it was gone but the bar of the ulock was on the ground.
