Bike was locked to a staple rack at SW Oak and SW 2nd in Portland, OR. Two men used tools to break the lock. The bike is a Surly Straggler but is custom painted black and says Portland Design Works on the downtube and Erik on the top tube. Large size, like a 61cm or so.
