Bicycle detail

At 10:45 pm on July 11, I saw a woman on a bike with a yellow enclosed trailer in my parking area. I approached her and she left the scene, and then I followed with my car and saw her riding away. I found a screw driver and loose nuts on the parking area. This morning July 12 at 10:15 am, I discovered that my bike was stolen. It was locked inside a gated area and locked to the concrete wall with two locks. The gate was removed from the wall and opened. One of the locks attached to the bike was cut. The mount holding the other lock to the wall was removed. Please see pictures for more detail.
The bike is a 2022 gray Canyon Grizl with teal handlebar tape and a blue under-saddle bag. It has a phone mount on the handlebar. It likely has a Kriptonite Keeper lock attached to it from when it was stolen.
