Description of the theft
Bike stolen from Target store bike rack, right under security camera, by their Curbside Pickup door. Target security says they reviewed the camera footage and it can go to the police, but won't show it to me. I was in the store 5-6 minutes. Had misplaced the key for the Kryptonite U-lock (also bright orange) still attached to the bike frame.
