Description of the theft
Bike was locked in the same place I usually put it, on the staircase behind my apartment building. The wooden railing I had the bike locked to was broken and the bike and lock are both gone. The lock is bright yellow, and should still be on the frame unless the thief sawed it off or something. This happened over Halloween weekend.
