Bicycle detail

The bike was locked to the street sign for Chestnut Street and Squid Row for roughly 2 hours. I want attending a yoga class at 738 Chestnut Street. It was locked up with a combination cable bike lock that was wrapped through the front tire between the center of the frame and around the street sign. There was a yellow helmet on the handle bar and yellow bungee cord wrapped around the back bike rack. There was also a clear phone mount on the left handle bar. Everything was stolen.
